Y4iT rocks the IT realm as it holds its 9th Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology this September 20 to 24, 2011 at UP Diliman, QC (University Theater, Film Center, Ang Bahay ng Alumni, Aldaba Hall, and GT Toyota Center).
This one’s the biggest IT assembly by far in the country. With already 100,500 participants who have joined since its inception last 2003, it is expected to add up 25,000 more delegates this time around.
Such a huge effort for turning key access to competitiveness, trends, challenges and development on Information Technology here in the region. It’ll be a massive transfer of ideas, information, techniques and expertise on relevant educational, economical and even social aspects of technology from office applications, gaming development, social networking to mobile platform development and robotics.
This 5-Day event will be dawned by IT experts, professionals, educators, students and IT enthusiasts as well. Presenters will be graced with industry players in the likes of Accenture, IBM, Google, Acer, Hewlett Packard and even Smart Communications. Organizers for this event are named as UP Information Technology Training Center, UP System Information Technology Foundation, Youth Volunteer Corps and the UP Diliman Department of Computer Science.
