Microsoft is now letting the developers enter their Windows Marketplace for Mobile that promises ease on your application management through a web-based development portal and the use of a pretty common development tool Visual Studio. It entails you to have better wide-reach global distribution, of course and better revenue all in one place.

All you need to get started is to get a Windows Live ID and a taxpayer number. Non-US developers however, have to send them a W8 form. Your business info, bank account and $99 (also goes on as an annual fee) will get you a vendor account.
A hefty 70% share awaits talented developers, not to mention if you get to sign-up now and get your apps uploaded first, then you’ll have probability on your side of getting tried on by consumers and of course getting the first sales. That’s a good proposition, considering the apps store is just on its launch with WinMo 6.5 release.
Windows Mobile 6.5 devices are expected to flood the market by September this year. So if you have some killer apps up on your sleeves, then let it rush along with the flood. Interested developers can get more info and get to sign-up at Windows Mobile Marketplace developers page.
