Unfortunately, I haven't made a SINGLE call because I always cannot connect!!! Sayang lang yung load kasi nagpaload ako ng malaki just to get their P450/month plan, when in fact, a light user like me can use P300 for two months. Funny is that I can call to other DUO landlines but not to PLDT landlines! Just this morning, nagpaload ulit ako ng P500 just to register for their P450/month plan. Guess what - I always get a reply "KEYWORD INCORRECT" when I register using "DUO MM 450". Natawagan ko na nang 2 times yung customer support wala silang magawa and verified tama naman yung Registration procedure ko. In other words.... THIS IS A UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS!!! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR SYSTEM. TOTALLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Registered my prepaid account last Sep so that I can call the landline numbers of different suppliers for my wedding. Globe Duo is a great, innovative idea, but an unreliable service. 450 went to nothing, with lost transactions and other economic costs. sad. maybe it's only good for postpaid subscribers.
