Starmobile has made some more revelation on the Diamond X1, the first local brand to bid on the octa-core powered smartphone, which they’ve already teased about late last year.
On to specs, the Diamond X1 has a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 CPU, with 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of built-in storage memory. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, with Over-The-Air software updates, and also features Starmobile Sync.
This phablet sports a scratch-resistant 6-inch HD IPS touch screen dipslay, coupled with dual camera with 18MP on the rear and 8MP on front, both with BSI. Inspite the large size, it’ll still come in handy with those thin bezels, and its super slim profile measuring at 7.0 mm only.
On connectivity, the X1 features dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, plus dual 3G module on board. Its dual SIM includes a regular cut SIM, and a micro SIM. This one’s equipped with Yamaha Speakers for an additional great audio experience.
Starmobile Diamond X1 comes in two colors, either in white or in color black. Availabilty and pricing has yet to be announced, and we’ll be updating this post as soon that it’ll come out.
