Ding Ding Technology has also recently got itself started by putting up its own local Facebook page, and even got us excited on its teased upcoming release of the two identified models, too. However, it was soon deleted just as we learn next that it’ll be the SKK Mobile team to be on the helm of its local distribution.

Now, looking at Ding Ding SK3 Pro on the local distribution, it’s more likely to have revamped its specs for better reasons. It still got MT6582 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-400 MP2 GPU. But it gained more RAM and ROM size, now upgraded to 2GB and its internal storage to 16GB.

Resolution display and camera sensors were also improved. It’s 5.5-inch screen display now has high definition 720 x 1280 resolution and its dual camera fixed with a larger 13 megapixel rear sensor and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera.

For Ding Ding Mobile SK1, it retains the 854 x 480 resolution on its 4.5-inch display, the 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM size. Though, it revamps its photo snappers to 8MP on the rear and 2MP on the front. Battery capacity is rated at 1650mAh and also comes pre-installed with Android 4.4.4 Kitkat.

Well, entering the local market scene will be tougher, specially when the Php6.5K entry category could mean banging against Alcatel Flash Plus. But, of course with supply scarcity, not to mention offline availability, the market stays open for any contenders to fill the market space.

SK3 Pro has followed some design cues with LG, the 1.6mm bezel, rear button features, and the over-all feel at the same time. With the revamped specs hauled in, do you think it’s the one cut out to fill the market space on the sub-Php7K category?
