Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 Landed Locally, Priced Below Php14K

Samsung Mobile just released the bigger Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 late last month locally, and getting its 7.0-incher sibling down the market this time around makes the Galaxy Tab 4 duo complete.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has full phone functionality like the 10.1”, with 3G data connectivity and Bluetooth v4.0 as well, though NFC is also not present on this one. Practically, if you put the two side-by-side, you can get almost the same technical specs.

Both got the same quad-core processor rated at 1.2GHz, supported with 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, which comes expandable to up to 32GB on microSD. The screens have the same WXGA resolution at 1280 x 800, though the smaller 7-inch version will obviously get much more pixel density at 216ppi than the 10.1” display with a lower 149ppi.

The dual cam also has 3 megapixel and 1.3 megapixel on the back and on the front, respectively, with HD video recording at 1280 x 720 @ 30 frames per second. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes pre-installed with Android 4.4.2 KitKat skinned with Samsung’s own TouchWiz UX UI.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is officially priced at Php13,990 and is already available at Samsung Concept Stores nationwide.
