Exactly! There are a lot of things that can go around your mind. You can have self-doubt or struggles within or even reservations. But at the end of the day, it can’t do you anything further than that except to think of yourself as a victim.
Give yourself a break. Yeah, break free from your negative self. Start to believe that you can recover from whatever defeat or downfall you are right now. Start to believe that you can achieve what you’ve set your mind to achieve. Start to believe that it can happen just before your eyes!
Funny right? When it feels your regaining something in your heart. That warm, reuniting feeling that keeps on growing. You suddenly feel that you’re responsible, that you can choose what outcome you liked to have.
Well, that would just be for the start when you believe. Follow through with “it can be done.” Imagine and act on what you believe on. Run it through your mind like you’re watching yourself in a movie. Re-run it a couple of times improving on its outcome.
But always remember, the magic is not there at all. It’s when you do it and your mind gains more momentum to think and practice of the solutions you’re continuously coming up with. Even things you haven’t thought of before that can happen.
