Don’t Put Yourself in a Box

“The way you deal with your struggles depends on how you view them.
Always remember: there are no hopeless situations, only people who think hopelessly.”

Yeah, it seems hard when it feels you’re inside the box of your own misery. Figuring a way to step out while you cry, sweat and even shout out loud but find your voice get its way just back to you in the dark. It’s terribly lonely and even scary.

Maybe it’s dark but it doesn’t mean there’s no way out, you just haven’t seen it yet. And who said it’s a box? Maybe, it’s just how you imagined it. Why not imagine it like a tunnel maybe.. that you’re groping along and finding the light at the end of the tunnel (sounds familiar, eh).

I actually found the  text message above as a quick reminder that we can always change the situation. Right at the very start of how we think about wherever we’re in. And don’t forget to keep on going! =)
