CATCH Notes Officially Retires by August 30, 2013

Catch Notes, another favorite on the note-taking apps will be retiring its services, both on their iOS and Android platform and on your web browsers’ extensions this coming August 30, 2013.

However, the company really wouldn’t be closing down because they’re just into a “different direction.” And this reroute on their company’s vision and operations would also cause a redirection on their beloved subscribers.

Catch Notes users can start their data exported with either a ZIP or CSV file and get to import them to other recommended task / list taking apps like Evernote, OneNote, Simplenote or Springpad.

Just last August 5, another task management app Astrid exits the category after being bought by Yahoo. These management apps definitely give users increased productivity, though moving from one to another is sometimes hard especially when you’ve grown to love them.
